Being plagued with negative emotion can rob a man of the joy of living. We are like flowers sprung up from the dirt that blossom before returning back to earth. We have a limited time on earth. This is why we must cherish our life while we got it.
How can a man free himself of negative emotion? Two ways which both have to do with a man’s strength of frame. 1. Increasing internal fortitude 2. increasing rationality.
What is an emotion? It is a psychological feeling in the body. And what is internal fortitude? It is the wall that exists between emotions and their effect on the body. The stronger a man’s internal fortitude, the more he will be detached from the emotion for rational thought
Internal fortitude allows us to free our body from flight/fight/freeze for FREEDOM of being. It is a holy detachment from the stress of being. Liberty from stress and uncertainty of being. A rising above what sinks. Thoughts over feelings.
The more a man holds back his expression and relies less on external validation over his sense of reality the stronger his mind will sharpen to handle his own emotional load. This is internal fortitude. A strong certainty of self from learned validation of self.
When a man is practicing frame, he will be increasing his internal fortitude which separates him from the bodily stress of emotion. This detachment from emotion allows rationality to arise. We coldly look over the heat of emotion and make sense of it.
And what sense can be made of most emotion? Not much. This is why framed men do not romanticize emotionalism like women. We think “How is this emotion helping my organism?” If the emotion is not helping our bodily vehicle, we cast it out.

With emotion we either lose it or use it. Why? Because emotion can rob a man of joy and joy increases his chances for success in reality. We must be above it to surf it. What good does holding negative emotion do for our success of the brutality of survival? Nothing.
Think about the body as being a gift of God. And stress being poison to the gift. Feeling anxious, guilty and depressed is lacking appreciation for the miracle of life. We have a limit on our life and to spend it in fearful doubt is to not appreciate the gift.
Self-love allows us to overcome negative emotion. Avoiding junk food, avoiding alcohol and exercising are ways we can free ourselves of negative behaviorism that tells our subconscious mind that we hate our life. Positive actions create positive thoughts. External to internal.

Only focus on the positive. Why? Because positive thought is like wind in the sails of the ship of our self. We need as much goddamn positive reinforcement before we eventually sink into oblivion. Rationalize away all negative emotions. Be free of their Satanic effect on the body.
