How to remain sane during a crisis

Most often the unexpected happens.

Loss of a job, death of a loved one, a bad accident. We cannot control the future but we can live in the present.

Life is for the living and as such nothing should crush anyone for long periods.

Unfortunate events come and go, some come and stay.

When they stay, they lessen their effect on us as the mind finds ways to move on.

“In our sleep, pain which cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart until, in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom through the awful grace of God.” – Aeschylus, Poet.

In the end we become frail, weak, lonely and die.

But this is the outward appearance in the short life of a human being.

However, what do we hold inside our heads, what lessons have you learnt?

If you are full of regrets, then religion was made for you. You need to find a friendly congregation and learn about humanity’s search for hope and meaning in life.

You will die a happy person.

Crisis is part of what makes the world the world.

Without problems, life is short and evil.

Just for today, stop worrying and start living.
