Most often the unexpected happens.
Loss of a job, death of a loved one, a bad accident. We cannot control the future but we can live in the present.
Life is for the living and as such nothing should crush anyone for long periods.
Unfortunate events come and go, some come and stay.
When they stay, they lessen their effect on us as the mind finds ways to move on.

In the end we become frail, weak, lonely and die.
But this is the outward appearance in the short life of a human being.
