Before we go into discussion on masculine frame, let us be clear about reality. All things are in eternal flux. Organisms are born only to die. We rise only to fall. We grow strong only to get weak. Consistency in power is an illusion. We are either winning or losing.
The illusion of permanence must be destroyed. A man’s masculine frame is not permanent. One day we feel like a goddamn crusher only to whimper into our pillow when the shit hits the fan. Life happens. Shit happens. Circumstances change. Health fades and heart breaks.
But listen closely, understanding that either weakness grows, or strength grows is the start of wisdom. Becoming stagnant is how we get weak. Becoming apathetic is how we fall into weakness. We must be vigilant in growing in strength.
What does this mean in regard to a man’s masculine frame? A man may become emotionally raw and fall into emotional dependency. This can cause him to feel high anxiety and cause him to doubt his own sense of authority.
Life can hit us with a big challenge. And what do we want to do when we feel fear and anxiety? We innately crave indulgence to ease the pain side. We seek pleasure to mask the pain. It could be food, drink, drugs sex.
The problem sent us spinning like a helicopter falling from the sky. And our comforts betray us as they become dull. We drink more and eat more but we can no longer mask the pain. The dependency on pleasure has made us weak.
The Wall Speaks book is about masculine frame, it teaches how to live with one woman. Frame is not about promiscuity.
The more we chase pleasure to ease the pain, the more in pain we become. It is a death spiral. Our comforts become straitjackets to reality. We no longer feel that we can make it on our own. Reality might feel overwhelming without hope.
We are either getting stronger or weaker. And a man in a hole needs to stop digging. It takes a tremendous leap of faith to start believing in self. It requires us to travel through a tunnel of pain. Why? Because going without the comforts we rely on is pain.
Understand that the beginning of strength is the most challenging to endure. The first day in a gym, the first day no drinking, the first day on a diet, the first day carrying frame. It is pain. It is loneliness. It is suffering. This is why most give up in the early stages.
Do not fear what you must become. STRONG AS HELL. Worship strength. Know that is self-discipline is love. And each act of discipline increase BELIEF IN REALITY in our brains. Life gets easier the harder we become. A man must become harder than life.
Make strength a hobby and self-love will follow. The more we push away weak behaviors the more we begin to love life. The days of drugs, alcohol and junk food will be seen as bad memories. The days of indulgence will no longer shine. Instead, we will shine from within.
Seek a challenge. Seek what is hard to do. Realize that this is the real competition in life. And our bodies hold score boards to how we are doing. Practice frame. Realize that the path of strength requires a first step into a void of suffering. IT WILL PASS. Love yourself.
