Think about the self as a circle of water. What happens when water sits? It sours in stagnation. This is the same for a man’s own consciousness. The stagnation itself will make a man sour inside and will make him feel imprisoned by the lack of movement.
How can a man fix his stagnation? How can he find meaning and purpose? Think. What is the greatest motivator on earth? Fear. It is fear that moves us, and it is fear that keeps us paralyzed. Notice the word I used. MOVE. Fear is movement.
We either are afraid to break out of ourselves or we are afraid to let something inside ourselves. This is a two-way effect that must be understood. Think about this as an arrow moving out of a circle and an arrow moving into a circle. A river effect that breaks stagnation.
The best way for a man to break out of a rut is form him to write down and take inventory of everything he fears. He will find a unique and individual purpose based on what is holding him back from life. He will find purpose based on how he breaks the circle of his own being.
The arrow that goes out from the circle is how we face the world. It is how we stand up for things we believe in and how we put ourselves in positions where we fear to go. It is entering the cave of our fears. That is where the treasure lies.

The arrow that goes into the circle is how we allow the world that we fear enter ourselves. This means to allow ourselves to be influenced by things we are challenged by. It could be listening to different music, eating different food or reading different philosophy.
How a man breaks his own circle is how he will know what his true purpose lies. But the key thing to remember is to appreciate the specialness of the circle itself and how it breaks. All things THROUGH a love of the individual ego. This is self-love and creates power in us.
But that is not all. To love others it to love self. Human beings are a mirror to our own reflection. When we overcome fear to help others is how we help the self. And when we attach ego to how we help others gives them power. All charity should be focused THROUGH EGO.
If a man is in a depression, he is being self-absorbed but in the worst possible use of the word. He is imprisoned with himself which he refuses to overcome. He fears living and so spends his days in self-loathing while a world around him suffers.
Each man has a different purpose but know what we all share common problems. And this world is crumbling apart because generation of men are lost. They do not believe in themselves. PASS BELIEF TO THEM. Help this orphaned generation and they will not forget. I promise you.
