Beyond the Barrier of Pain (Suffering)

It’s been said that the two fears that we have as we enter into the world at birth are: the fear of noise and the fear of falling down.

Those two fears helps us cope and adapt to a new environment. It might also be our aid in surviving the tough new world, for animal instinct is way superior than taught.

As we grow up, more fears are added.

Some are very debilitating and render our lives a pain to live.

I will share quotes and thoughts about people who have been in pain and defeated the pain and saw beyond.

The beyond in terms of our races black and white; social status, rich and poor; monetary value, cheap and expensive; emotions, happiness and suffering, e.t.c.

For me, without pain that I went through when I lost my jobs numerous times, helped me become a very aware person in terms of spirituality. I thank the suffering for my awakening.

Going beyond a pain barrier, which most of the time has to do with perception of how much one can handle is a great thing. It makes us become aware of how much we can handle and by that we become strong. We become fearless and challenge the things that held our minds in a prison past.

It is a great feeling when one becomes aware of a new reality. For example, a man who was afraid of losing his job, loses it and discovers that he can work odd jobs here and there and still be able to cater for his family; a heavy drinker who discovers that he or she can engage in other things other than getting high and has finally defeated the yoke of alcohol; a lady who feared leaving her abusive husband, discovers that there is life outside marriage and goes forth and runs her own business and at peace, prospers. The examples are many but it depends solely on the individual to take the bull by the horns and confront issues head on and fight to embrace his/her dreams and aspirations in life.

Many people fear but fear is not a good emotion, for when you are already down, you can only rise.

At this time, in this world, we have been taught not to do many things, some are ridiculous and in the deepest canyon of one’s mind, one knows that some things don’t fit. People are supposed to be different, diverse and loving.

We’ve heard it being said that, One man’s poison is another man’s meat. Great! Dig it and understand.

I think the new maxim should be, ‘Believe what you like, just don’t force your beliefs on others’ – sun-gazing.com

The beauty of life is if after we are born, we are left free to learn, browse and engage everything for our own learning and enlightenment. The issue of being born in a certain culture and forced to defend such a culture no matter how you feel or not feel about it is wrong.

People should be left to explore and to choose whatever they like but only for love.

The ultimate goal should be LOVE.

You should know this, that there’s life outside your current mindset, if your current situation does not fit you, please be brave and kick some ass towards what you want to be and enjoy the ride of a non-conformist.
