I cry for myself,
and for my deceased mother too.
The distant hills proved invincible
Since I took over on the TRI-day.
The hopes I had nurtured
successfully under the cautious abode of my soul
were torched
at the place of opportunities I trusted.
In the future that beacons nigh,
my voyage takes me to the place of the parched plains.
Yes!
The place of the plains where my dreams fondly casts
To abode near the hugging hills and less privileged rivers.
Where on a stone – and in the distance all around
My heart is pleased with the loneliness
of the dotted and invincible plains
Oh!
I shall return to find rest and re-launch
